Listen to poem:
*Image of Apples by Morning Chores. Sentimentality O' sentimental I, the judge of my confidences, toils to no end, embroiled in fickle negotiations that constants my door, mercilessly, slants and opacity advents the path of mirage victims, relic a past, a remiss garden of ripened apples fall, bittersweet looms unnoticeably, like so many apples that fell, festers ... a gardener tastes his lost Eden. 2022 May 23 *2nd Place* Sentimentality ~~Julia Ward: Judged 2022 June 05
