My gosh! This is one of the most enchanting haikus I've read in a long while, dear Jan! I'm especially awestruck by that ending line "I drink in the scene" woaah, that's so captivating abd spellbinding to the core! I believe sunsets are so magical and they speak to my soul in such a whimsical and soothing way, though I find sunrises equally inspiring as well. I could actually imagine those "streaks of tangerine and gold" dancing up in lips! "sangria sunsets" what a combination of words! Absolutely magical, the way you've woven words seamlessly and painted an eloquent imagery within such few words... definitely, this has become one my FAVs, pleasure reading your work today! Keep writing and shining always! :)

Your words paint a sunset so vivid, it's like I can taste the sangria on my lips. But even the most breathtaking sky pales in comparison to the light in your eyes. Perhaps we could watch the next one together, and I could drink in your beauty instead?
