Sensation
Open yourself up
feel the pulse of life.
Allow it to course through
your body and meld with it.
Embrace the feeling
and flow with it.
Allow it to energise you
until you throb.
Now let go,
permit yourself
to be free,
as free as a cloud.
Only now are you truly one
with the Universe.
Feel it, accept it
and say I am Sensation.
