Senator
She spoke to the General with a brilliant career
Spoke to him like he was dirt
She wanted to be called senator. She earned it
But she wasn’t worth the sweat on his shirt
Definitely she deserved to be called senator
Ma’am is reserved for a superior
Senator is a member of an elitist organization
As a human beings they are inferior
They do not serve, they think they rule
And it sometimes fills me with rage
Senators have made the most dangerous job
Becoming an intern or a page
Their booze parties are legendary
They have careers that are built on lies
Yes, she should be called senator
Someone we should despise
When the General passes by I salute
Holding it proudly as long as he would linger
When the Senator passes by in her parade
I would proudly display my middle finger.
