Once I was so sick, I penciled a short obit I said: Now if I die Make a peach pie To share with my friends A pie often lends Being cut in 6 parts Twill make a small start Or may be way too many. But then I got well Didn’t shove off to hell Family not forced to lie Nor made to bake a pie I then leapt from my bed The blood raced from my head The room started to spin Now a body cast I’m in. Not that I’m proud of it. Sorry. . . . . oldbuck
