Self-Love

Author Dana Redricks December 20, 2024 (Verse 1) Learning to love me, even when I’m feeling lonely, deep in my heart, God is with me, He will never leave me lonely. Walking through the valley, with His light I see, loving through His grace, and mercy He’s always leading me. (Chorus) Loving me means showing the way I’m meant to be, eyes to the sky, on the prize, you see. With Jesus by my side, climbing up the tree, I was meant to be free, one day free from this pain and misery, now I see how it's been meant to be, me walking in victory. (Verse 2) Climbing up life's success tree, leaving past behind, Setting myself free, living my life in peace, and harmony. How can I love you if I don’t love me? Walking with Jesus living my in victory is my key. (Chorus) Loving me means showing the way I’m meant to be, eyes to the sky, on the prize, you see. With Jesus by my side, climbing up the trees of success, free from all this pain and misery, now I'm walking in victory. (Bridge) Self-care, self-love, how it’s meant to be, can’t take care of you if I don’t care for me. Loving me, accepting, trusting in the King, redeemed and set free, now I spread my wings and fly as I continue to keep my head to the sky. (Chorus) Loving me means showing the way I’m meant to be, Eyes to the sky, on the prize, you see. With Jesus by my side, climbing up the tree, free from pain and misery, now I walk in victory. (Outro) Throw my hands up, in His name I’m free, walking in His love, living joyfully. victory in Jesus, He’s my everything, loving me, loving Him, together I praise the King of Kings.
