Seize This Summer Day

True to self, true to others. Forgiveness to yourself and  your earthly brothers. Laughter always overcomes the most tragic of tears. Hope allays many fears. Alacrity and cheer wherever you go. Integrity in all things you do. Responding to all who email you; not just a putrid few. Kneeling down before bed, in thanks to God, who made you. Love for all people who have more or less than you. Patriotic to your country, in the face of hateful contempt. Courage to speak your truth, at each and every attempt. Healthy living through food as Aristotle said: "Let food be your medicine, and medicine be your food!" Laugh at yourself, your foibles and mistakes, included; be of great cheer and never deluded. Lovely sentiments! Often I have to walk away! I think that’s key. Take a deep breath...let it out, encourage others and bask in the sun when you do win. Believe in good things. Be blessed!
