Seems Like Yesterday Mystic

                                                       Seems Like Yesterday Mystic

                                               My first dating, a sweet and soft story,
                                                   The start of a journey, full of glory
                                            Seems like yesterday in depth of my mind
                                          Though many seasons have elapsed behind.

                                          The world was glowing bright, a blissful time
                                              In a public park, sparkling with sunshine,
                                        Sun rays danced on the verdant leaves of trees,
                                             Caressed by the whispers of a soft breeze;

                                                    I recollect the serene, silent smile
                                               Sparkling on her face without any guile,
                                   We exchanged kind words, sprouting from our heart,
                                            That feels of comfort and love did impart.

                                          My heart pulsated with warm rushing beats
                                           So much her voice was affable and sweet,
                                           My inner self, with deep delight was filled,
                                       Swiftly, the sands of time seemed to stand still;

                                         A warm feel between us flowed like a stream,
                                              We seemed to be living in a soft dream,
                                                A mutual flame consumed both of us,
                                  With time`s flight, love bloomed with the gem of trust;

                                   The blooms matured to seeds, that sprouts did bear
                                             During the vernal season, far and near,
                                        To supplant those withered with wear and tear
                                                In the winter of distress, without fear;

                                            Many a spring, the flight of time has eyed,
                                            Yet, my first dating still gleams in the sky,
                                         My first shared day, a steady, sparkling start,
                                           Seems like yesterday in depth of my heart.

This sounds a sweet experience etched in memory, never erasable. I can visualize you both sitting in the park consumed by love's flame. Lovely remembrance! Congratulations on your win.
