Seeking the Truth

Sometimes i fail to see
what i am failing to see
how can i think the worst
of someone who is so innocent

My heart ponders
My eyes start to water
I seek the truth but
every time i look there is
a thick fog preventing me

If only he understood
confused, at battle with my
own emotions
When the mind and heart are no longer
in one direction
I just lose direction
And suddenly im in autopilot
Thats when im my most dangerous

Because im a danger to myself
Having a mental breakdown
Spiraling out of control
I need meditation
Clear my mind and let go
