Seeking Healing

In shadows of my past, I sought release,
From bonds of trauma, longing for peace.
Hurt and broken, burdened by the weight,
Lord, free me from this lifelong freight.
With each passing year, the load grows,
Shoulders stooped, with heavy woes.
Deliver me, Oh Lord, without delay,
From the pain that grips me, day by day.
Through trials and tests, I've journeyed far,
Guided by Your unyielding star. In moments of despair, You held me tight, carrying me through the darkest nights.
Just like the footsteps in the sand, a testament true, of Your constant presence, bringing me through. You're the glue that holds everything together no matter the weather. Grant me courage to share my story, to offer solace to the weary, that it may bring You glory.
Lord You are faithful, loving, and ever true, You mend the brokenhearted, make us anew. With gentle hands to heal my shattered heart, Lord, piece by piece, mend my broken heart.
