Secrets

Hold in a secret
Long enough to explode
Hold in a tear
Cause your pain is never told
Expose yourself for the victim
I don't want to be
And expose the reason
No on could ever love me
Die inside long before my time
Hold everything killing me in tight
Then ask for my savior to care
That my life isn't what it should be
Hoping for a chance to change is hoping for nothing
No change can come from this
It's too late for regrets, too late for change
My secrets will longer live
Inside a mind that died
Inside a heart that cried
And inside a mouth that led

Hi Janet; after having read your latest bio, I can now understand the meaning behind these lines. It is time to look to the future; never say "No on could ever love me". As you said in another comment, you can be a survivor and not a victim. I wish you all the best. // paul

Thank you so much Paul. I'm sorry it took me so long to reply to this. But yeah at the time I felt unloveable. As they say, you have to love yourself before you can be loved. I've made it now. Thanks so much
