Second Chances
Life is full of challenges,
like long winding valances.
We learn to live with life threats
we dream, we hope, we pray for the best.
constantly being put to the test,
we rise, we fall, and often with regrets.
We think of heaven and those that have past
wondering how long we shall last.
If life is feared as we grow old,
are second chances our pot of gold?
