59 Police Officers in Seattle, WA were injured Monday night, July 27, 2020 by a vawriety of weapons and explosives in a violent riot by 'peaceful protestors.'

Seattle Peaceful Protests Intensified

'Peaceful Protests Intensified' --

  So the morrow's headlines certified
  But how'd reporters turn blind eyes
  To fire-bombings that terrorized
  a downtown stunned and traumatized
  Why was ugly violence euphemized
    ~ as 'Peaceful Protests Intensified'

P.S. Awtry August 4, 2020 at 3:09 AM Enjoyed the rhymes and message. I don’t know why the Media insists on using “peaceful.” The phrase “peace peace when there is no peace” comes to mind. Today, even with instantaneous news, we still don't know because the facts are manipulated by the news agencies. Nicely penned, Gershon. I trust that the American people in their wisdom will remember those who supported, aided and abetted the violence and vote accordingly to punish them.
