Seasons Come and Go

SEASONS COME AND GO

With a burst of colours
Of a bunch of flowers
Promising to bloom
Spring clearly loomed

Such beautiful art
Moved my heart
Forming a smile
Visible from a mile

Sudden showers of rain
Brought no pain
As they fell softly
Moistening lightly

Such refreshment
Brought contentment
Increasing flowers length
And renewing strength

As rivers flowed
My heart glowed
The promise of serenity
Overriding insecurity

Such stillness
Created a harness
And made me capture
The beautiful view of nature

With a boom of thunder
I really shuddered
Conscious of the dark clouds,
Lightning and storm so loud

Such a strong storm
Was beyond the norms
Shattering my haven
And to fear I caved in

Dazzling yellow rays
 Soon light the way
The promise of fearlessness
Overcoming fearfulness

Such transition
Prompted an evolution
Teaching me to reason
In any season
