Season of Beginnings

snow melts on the ground
watering dormant gardens
sweet perfume when lilacs bloom

buds of green on trees
robins trill glorious tunes
new beginnings, happy hearts

spring is delightful
dressed in resplendent colors
a gift from the hand of God
