Searching For God
Why do you search for God?
When he is near to you
Waiting, yearning
For you to call on his name
He knows your necessity
Before you ask for them
He waits for your request
So, don’t expect gifts just because
Just as a child asking for that which harms?
He gives not everything you want
He answers all your petitions
Providing your essentials
Don’t think God has forsaken you
Just because he answers not every desire
He answers every prayer
By not providing things that injure
Seek God and you will find him
Answering prayers, giving blessings
To all exercising faith, asking him
In the name of his son, Jesus Christ
