Sea of People
Sitting in a sea of people
And all I want is to be in your arms.
Voices loud but my heart cries louder still.
It cries to see you smile
It weeps for the sound of your voice.
I try what I must to stay busy
Keep my mind on other things
But it always ends up on you
Your smile
Your laugh
Hands holding my face
Making me look in your eyes
Deep into those blue gems
Your brilliant mind
Helping me see the world
In new and amazing ways
