You scorched my heart. In small corners laughter lives light phrases that dance through dark places illuminated candles oh how you shake foundations, feebly protected Your voice dances through my dazed thoughts hazed vision, with your eyes: glimmers mischievous marbles bicoloured forever etched amid little wrinkles, silvery spun in a web of evermoving mystery The tips of my fingers know your skin ticklish giggled Oh how you stamped small imprinted signatures, everywhere permanently *** May 17, 2017 6th place in contest: Right here in my Heart Sponsor: Mystic Rose

Yep, I was right...I don't stand a chance. My word Darren or better yet, your words...simply amazing. What an incredible and well designed poem you have presented. This one blew me away. I'd say good luck but you won't need it. This is a winner for sure.

Hahaha, if I counted the times people told me that, but the judges ruled N/A???? I never say that anymore. And honestly, yours is soooooo beautiful, I don't stand a chance :D

Hello Darren. Top of the afternoon to you. If a heart must be scorched then this is the only way for it to be done. My goodness Darren everything is right within such expression and execution and within life itself. Love should be as you say to feel alive. You once again met the emotive factor. :D Cats are cool! I like the way you have the words spaced so that reading them gives pause and accents each word. Cat or no cat, the memory seems like a lovely one. :)
