Schooner At Sunset

The bay lies in repose at dusk
          while a single-sail schooner
     plows through the placid green,
Bright tangerine streaks blend
     with magenta and gold,
               as the sun slips silently
          behind the curtain center stage.

Thank you, Caren. It was my first sunset there. The colors were stunning and, believe it or not, I thought of your bright colors. You would have grabbed a brush or anything to replicate that sunset.
