School

Mother said school was a place Where I would learn She said I would grow I would be confident I would meet people that would care here She said I would be safe Teachers would protector me They would guide me Mother said I would be happy here I would make friends They will be my companions They will not harm me Or ridicule me nor drive to my end Mother re-assured me School was the place to be She convinced me it was good for me She said it will shape me Make me a better man Mother hadn't a clue That school drove me to my end.
