Schlaunter
Spring paints so many shades and hues of green
I swear she's Erin born
dancing mad till lazy Summer's sun
she's gone before she's e'er begun
the aftertaste of her taunting teasing fling
makes winter's long cold torture easy on my soul of souls
pipes and strings and songs to sing
she greenly springs and much too swiftly rolls
