Scenes From Alaska

The wind is howling
There is snow on the mountain
The bullfrog sings praises
And the crickets and birds join song

Listen! Hear...Howling icy wind
Old man with white hair and beard
Bullfrogs sing God's praises
Joined by crickets, birds, hear their song

(Same scene that I saw on tv for I don't live there. Presented two different ways. Which do
you like best?)

Hi Sara, a wonderful scene you paint hun. Just so you know in case you There's one species of frog here, it literally slows down it's matabolism and freezes in winter then thaws out in spring and leaps back again. It's always amazed me! Thanks for all your gracious comments I appreciate them so much. Love Light Patty

They're both good. I think that I like a combination of the two best. It's all good... "Listen! Hear... Howling icy wind There is snow on the mountain. Bullfrogs sing God's praises The crickets and birds join in. I hope I didn't take too much liberty with this. You have written many excellent lines... Keep those words flowing. Love to you. Dane Ann

I like the first one.. the second one is just as good but something about the first one presents a clearer visual to me.. Alaska is beautiful country.. my son and his wife went there for their honeymoon a few years ago... loved it so much.. in was in April so still nice .. Patty Adams lives there too... so happy we have all come together on this site and the miles don't separate us on the Soup... great job Sara to start my day... multiple choice always gets the brain cooking..
