Scene of Crystal

Permafrost upon the boughs, in a glistening diamond wood; where the water meets the Terra, thin sheets in semi-melt perform a slow ballet.

"Thin sheets glistening" That thought alone is so poetic. Watching as *a slow ballet* is preformed right before your eyes, it is very captivating indeed. This is beautiful in every way. Congratulations ML Kiser, on Poem of the Week. :) Brandy

WoW! This is definitely a keeper. What beautiful imagery. Here in Alberta this is a scene I have appreciated often in winter. "Permafrost upon the boughs in a glistening diamond wood." Beautiful. Love it. God Bless, JB

Your own a precious heart who seems to see the fine detail of nature in the woods, how essential this is to any great verse, I much enjoyed your presence in it :)
