Scary Thoughts

Sneaking, Slithering, Screeching, Sounding
    Watching my every move

No one knows what is hiding inside
    Predicting my every move

Seeing my thoughts
    I get chills a lot

Wandering will I ever move
I’m tied down inside

but the decision still stands,
That life isn’t in my hands

I transfer to my head
    Seeing my brain’s every move

Sometimes I wonder when I will escape
    The madness I must face

My world is falling apart
Run! Run! Run! no one is safe

Especially from your, thoughts

Our thoughts can be our own enemy. This shows the anxiety within the mind, the need to escape, and that is powerful

Thank you so much for the comment! It means a lot to me to have feedback! I have tried to put my own struggles of anxiety into a complete thought! Thanks again! -Haley
