Scarlet Noon

Deepest darkest reds
crimson guest in the roses
of the same rich hue.
Flowers and plumed cardinal
interact through scents and song.

Vivid green summer
showers gold on scarlet lane-
forever moments!
Bush concert at my window
making memories, redly.
