Why do we choose live by the creed of Never's
Never make promises when you're laughing
Never trust nostalgia wearing perfume
Never regret love for its evermore
Never admit a secret to the wind
Never judge a day before 10 a.m.
Never eat before you sleep
Never ever give up
Never say die
Which brings us to atone with
a brighter tune of hope "The Ever's"
Ever free
Ever being green
Ever more than ever
Ever lasting and laughing
Ever seeking the truth that you may find
Ever learning to feel what you can't know
Ever holding a soul when it quakes with fear
Ever sitting with silence as if it's a friend
Ever letting sorrow teach you how to survive
Ever blessing the cracks that helped you mend
Ever taking a full breath as the moments fly on by
Ever finding your flame where your shadow lies to you
Forever plucking forget-me-knots to cherish whatever they say
