Savor the Moment: Chapter Two

No sleep...but I'll sleep
I won't weep bitter tears
A lot of sleep...falling deep
In my dreams of reality for many years
Happy tears . . .
Cup filled with coffee and cream
YAY! CHEERS~!
I am living a dream...a dream within a dream
Savor the moment in a glimpse of a split second
I squeal in joyous appeal and I am fond
Of such good news - my poems might be published...that was actually my wish
I'm no longer sinking in misery or hopelessness...I'm not singing the blues...I am rising...above anguish...you caught me by surprise like a fish!
It's quite fishy...feeling this sensation without slight hesitation...dismissing lamentation
But, I am happy to be free from devastation and replacing it with cherry-top anticipation
Savor the moment
And you'll truly be
A cheerful infant
We are instantly feeling butterflies in our stomachs...
I am...free?
