Sanity
Children are my sanity
they are my strength and light
my hope and inspiration
they are there when I feel I've lost sight
they are what I get up in the morning for
when 6:30 seems to come so soon
they are the reason I was brought to life
and I know they're the reason I'm alive
Children are my tight rope
they catch me just as I begin to fall
the way the world is turning now
I just look in their innocent eyes
and I find more than enough hopwhen I see a childs smile
I know that I am wanted
and when the day finally reaches its end
I can start a brand new day
knowing I have them
