Sand Dunes

                               Driving through the desert vast
                               sands of time gather, wind strewn                                                         
                               word games and banter reacquaints    
                               from shorn years arise a stagnant dune 
                               tears fall from a grey leaden sky
                               as bittersweet moments pass by
