Sanctication Pursuit
Battling against varied facets of unrighteousness
Enticed with materialism’s radiance
We need God’s sanctifying* power
In our pursuits toward good works.
With soul afflicted by doubts’ infirmities
We are baffled causing temptation-fall
Making us seek the Lord’s purging might
Along our holiness’ endeavours for His exaltation.
*Leviticus 20:8 And ye shall keep my statutes, and do them: I am the LORD which sanctify you.
