Sailor's Prayer

For twenty long days, our ship sailed the waves. I'm trying to get home to you. There's no ending in sight, we can't see the light. Frustration has grown in my crew. I'll wait long as I can 'til we reach the land. That lighthouse will shine bright and true. I know you're waiting for me, by that dark, stormy sea. 'Til that sky, again, turns blue. Every hour I'll pray. To my savior I'll say, "Please, bring me back home to you!"
