Said and Done

Lonely & hurt 
Broken I remain
Can't shake the guilt
Living in shame
Put on fake smile
I slowly fade away
The nightmare of your death 
We live with every day
The meaning of it all this
to which my mind attends
Has not one answer
that I can fully comprehend
WHY why did this have to HAPPEN? 
And WHY to YOU
no one understands the agony
OR torture that I put myself through
Could I have done something else
Should I have done more? 
Hindsight is 20/20 that's for sure
So with the pain I must endure
Ready to fight for you
AN epic battle is in store
I wanted to save and protect you
Wanted to repay you for all that you do
NOT sure what happened exactly 
But I've got a clue
UNFORTUNATELY something we can't undo
I will Advocate Mom I will stand up for you
I will do what at the time I wasnt permitted too

"Move on don't waste your time"
that's what they all said
I at least have to TRY for HER 
OR I too may as well be dead
I will get to the bottom of this
no truer words were said
I know in my heart justice will prevail 
Truth will come out every horrible detail 
Gonna see negligence on a gigantic scale
To the cross it's YOUR ass
I'm hoping we nail 
Than everyone will see 
What I knew all along
What he did is called MURDER
no more denial 
Believing you did nothing wrong
In jail with the criminals
is where he belongs 
We stick together unified
Familiy loyalty is too strong
Too late now don't want to 
Hear your sad sad song


"Stay strong and keep going
it's never too late"...
No one seems to realize
For retribution Its an agonizing wait
Have to play by the rules 
present facts & articulate 
DID he care or think about you
When he carelessly sealed your untimely fate? 
In case he forgot I am here to remind him
gonna set the record straight
Going to let him know what I feel
that his care is second rate
How can he sleep at night knowing 
he left you in that saddened state? 
Probably never LOST his heart & soul
HE just Simply can't relate

Fortunately for me not quitting
has always been my forte
I will sit back & let the facts
Pave Justices way
When all said and done
your still gone that fact will remain
Victory for ME 
Making sure that you didn't die needlessly in VAIN
Others may comment I don't get it
WHY go through all this it's insane! 
Answers simple
what he did to was cruel & inhumane
But most of all because we are FAMILY
nothing more to explain

Mark my words my precious Mother
In court this butcher will get his day
Too late than don't give a ****
What hes got to say
BEAT it move on just be on your way
No Remorse his only concern 
HIS lackluster skills on display
Accept the consequences 
Get out of our life 
to him I want to say
I hope you see her face & what your incompetence STOLE
Every single day
Face the facts shes not here because of YOU
and is is definitely NOT OK

Bye bye see ya later 
Let's GET your punishment underway
I told you we were here for one reason
We did not come to play
When it's all over I've got nothing more
this sad chapter in our lives over
We can close that door 
Have to live with her absence
And it burns to the core
Holidays and memories without her
Is what we have in store
IT will be a battle hard fought 
but still NEVER truly won
Because in THE end she's still GONE
when it's all said and done
