The Judgment of the Flood (Hebrews 11:7; Genesis 6:1--8:22) because there was no concern for God in either belief or conduct (Genesis 7:1).
"Preacher, why are you building this,
When prosperity is peaking?
Your zeal for God has gone amiss,
And your wooden mind is leaking.
Are not His blessings just crutches,
Massaging the minds of the weak,
Those promises the mind clutches,
Wispy phantoms that cannot speak?
Our skill replaces serving God,
Devouring the weak is our prey,
Riches gained by elitist fraud,
Feed our cravings every day."
"You are very far out of plumb!
Watering down God's Word is dumb!
His lines cast off and voice drowned out,
And now His patience has drained out.
Overflowing with corruption,
Spiritual drought now begins.
He dams up His invitation,
Leaving behind the might-have-been's.
A hundred twenty years to plead,
Short-term gain for eternal loss?!
Another boat will not succeed,
Waves of terror it cannot cross!"
"Noah, time to enter My Ark.
I will close the door behind you,
Keeping promises, My Hallmark!
Safe passage to a life brand-new."
