Sad and Gloomy
AS I sit here feeling sad and gloomy
I don't know what to say
I want you to come to me
But it can never be that way
I want to tell you how much I need you
And show you how much I care
I want to tell you so many things
There's so much I want to share
I wish with all my heart you cared
Just the same as I
But I know to make myself believe
Would only be a lie
So I sit here feeling sad and gloomy
Thinking about the past
Wishing I could change your heart
But I know it would never last
