Sacred Communion
The opposite of secular capitalism
is sacred communion.
Synonyms for communion
speak with integrity
gathering empathic synergy,
positive energy,
nurturing absence of tragedy,
organic divinity.
The opposite of communion
is competing capitalism
just as love
disempowers hoarding fears
against inevitable angry loss.
It has been said
Democracy and capitalism
are not ecopolitical perfection
but as close to freedom as we have yet found.
Yet, egalitarian communion has long been felt
and known as healthy liberty
still finding us.
The opposite of liberal integrity
conserves Business As Usual mendacity.
