I was recently hit by a car as I was crossing the road on foot. I just heard a "whump" and there was a floating feeling and then I was rolling on the road. When the paramedics got there they asked me where I hurt the most. I said to tell the truth right now I don't feel anything. He said I was in shock but I would feel it later. I have a lot of soft tissue damage but no broken bones or internal bleeding or head trauma. AND I'M ALIVE AND WALKING. I've been telling everyone who will listen that it's BECAUSE JESUS WAS WITH ME.
Thank You Lord.
My neighbor don't believe in God,
Says the Bible is untrue,
But Jesus said, "As Ye believe,
So be it unto you."
So those who don't believe in Him,
Are in this world alone.
They must face things by themselves,
Because they're on their own.
It gives me comfort just to know,
That Jesus has my back.
When I'm at my lowest,
He'll take up the slack.
God did not say to follow Him,
And live life trouble free.
In fact He said that problems,
Follow them that follow Me;
But when you find it hardest,
Your duties to perform,
Because seems waves of troubles,
Engulf you like a storm,
He'll wrap His arms around you,
His strength to you He'll give.
Just keep your faith in Him,
You'll come through this and live.
All Christians are not wealthy,
But we have what we need.
God takes care of all His Own,
We are all agreed.
Life ain't always easy,
Life ain't always fun,
But it's always an experience,
It's the race that we must run.
Remember:
People are not perfect --- God is.
People make mistakes --- God doesn't.
But because He is perfect He forgives those who ask to be forgiven.
Remember:
God's Got ALL THE DOUGHNUTS.
