Rude Awakening

Sleep at night
     Dreamworld's kite
     Morning light
Open eyes, OH what a sight !
     Brown Recluse delight
On my hand, next to nose, face turned white !
     Big brown spider clinging tight
Jump from bed with all might
     Primal life or death fight
     Heart pounding flight
     Rude awakening fright
     Lucky no bite
Spiders crawling on me while asleep not right !

NO WIN?? DANG!!! (I think it was judged, right?) Let me know, Bruce, if I am missing any great poems of yours. I am thinking I may have seen them all.

Hey, Bruce, great minds think alike. I did a bug too. Not quite posted yet. Soon! Love your spider poem. Isn't Twilight the vampire book written by the youth from Utah? My daughter loved all the set.
