Ruach

Like a butterfly you've changed and grown

The transformation difficult and long

Your delicate wings so beautiful to behold

But fragile, breakable with one violent wind

My breath tries to keep you aloft, till I'm blue and Ragged

You begin to sink but a breeze from above slides under and lifts you
