'round Sunrise
lost moments
years gone by
at a cheetah's
pace
a wanderer of
the heart and
soul; the mileage
piled up as gathered
leaves
each leaf an
experience of
either certainty
or confusion
twists and turns
this sounds like
jazz
and it be with a
a blues expression
when the body is
awakened to the
soul's purpose of
itsef as a spirit
the mind is
plunged into
remembrance
the certainties
and the confusions
tumbling down
the cheeks
the thunderous
sounds; of drums
and assumptions
of trumpets and
fears; as the scroll
unfolds
what message this
be? in silence sitting
with empty hands
full heart intact soul
awaiting a new spring
fresh leaves bright skies
a pleasant stream of
light all 'round sunrise
