~Rosie and Lady~
MORNING
A Painted Lady drinks nectar from a flower,
gathering pollen to nourish other plants,
a darling kitten, Rosie, seems lost full of glower,
Lady floats to her, as her crimson wings expand.

she sees Rosie alone while shedding a few tears,
Lady floats to her, as her crimson wings expand,
“I am confused and lost, thanks for finding me here!”
She sees Rosie alone while shedding a few tears,

AFTERNOON
Alone they wandered far beyond the horizon,
Rosie smiles as she watches Lady flip and flap,
they journeyed into a dark cave, very surprising,
oh no, they were so scared and severely trapped!

the darkness took over and left them alone,
oh no, they were so scared and severely trapped!
Finally sun peeked through and they went home.
