Roses No Longer In Bloom

Roses Once fully bloomed, Now adorning my room. I sit and wait for spring's return On bated breath I wait and dote Poetics of a rose, I must compose. Roses

The immortal roses of poets.... I have a wonderful Lincoln Rose in my front yard for many years now. It has blessed me with many seasons of grapefruit size red blossoms.

So lovely to yearn for roses. Normally you won't find them but though costly they can be imported. Hugs.

I just got a velvet one this year, it should last me quite a while. Though its everlasting the the scent eludes me, lol
