Romance

Romance, indulge--
on Valentines.
Embracing cove
scarlet's desires.
A pure rose covets
an ardorous kiss;
Bowed Cherries,
a wedding ring,
Sapphires.

Beautiful and reminder to those who have forgotten. Amazing first post. Don't lose your passion for writing or life Lissette. You chose a perfect and powerful opening line that sums up what the rest of poem confirms. Romance is not dead. and you are want others to believe that too. Long live romance despite everything that distracts. As long as romance lives so will kindness. Best regards David in NZ (70 years life experience)
