Rock of Inspiration

let me tell ya a story
about somethin' special I know
the constant exchange of glory
between me and my radio
      I've always loved the music
      especially that Rock N' Roll
      I hold onto every lyric
feelin' it deep down in my soul
I cherish every single beat
as each rhythm and melody
ignites in me a special heat
and leads me to my harmony
I wanna wave my lighter in the air
       scream, "I love you, Axl!"
       without a single care
oh, yeah, in love I fell
with the hard rock groove
and classic rock jive
now my hand starts to move
'cuz I finally feel alive

Nothing like your favorite music to uplift your mood. I like some of all music, but not all of any one kind. I think your poem would make good rock lyrics!

Nothing better than rock, that's it for me. Pretty much all I listen too. This was cool Christy, I see that rock unblocked your pen and let it flow again. For those about to rock, we salute you.
