Fantastic, Paul. I enjoyed the subtle wit of this one. (and ironic because he WAS known for exaggeration!). Well deserved win!

Glad you liked it, Timothy. Monoku are not easy, like I used to think once; in fact many people do not realize that they are related to haiku and senryu. Every word in that one line has a job to do. I'm still in the learning process, but I will get there:) // paul

Robin Hood was one of the books which I read when I was ten years old, and it is still fresh in my mind! How many bows and arrows I 'manufactured' with reeds, string and elastic!:) Thank you for a lovely visit, Balveen. // paul

Had to think about this one, Paul. I'm not sure I've heard the phrase "draw the long bow," but I understand now, very clever.
