Never a vibe of a rapscallion baddy, this tribute I post because he is deserving 
Venerable with age, a mentor with sagacious advice, well received and alluring
Those unfamiliar with our RG; an inspiring poet, supremely nice and giving
A former teacher of elementary special ed, he taught the disabled for a living
B'for that, a Navy photographer on the USS Coral Sea reckless never nervous
I want to congratulate you on your book and to thank you for your service!

Andrea Dietrich October 7, 2024 at 9:30 PM Great tribute. Just go to my blog and mention this info there. I typed my blog in a file and then deleted it and it does not match up with Soups print. So I am not adding to my blog. But I really hope folks will go there and mention their own friends. I know of others with books but they were not poets I was close with I Am Anaya October 7, 2024 at 10:07 PM Thanks Andrea! I've noticed some changes; nice job PS is doing. The whole reason I joined was to learn about poetry forms and the contents are a huge part of what I enjoy.
