Not to my surprise this is a beaut!!! I once attended a Burns anniversary of some sort, and ate the haggis. As if it were more sacred then Burns himself, they brought it in with a piper playing. In fact Robbie Burns Day (jan25th) competes with St Patrick's Day for filling the British themed pubs in town, there's a lot of them in Ottawa :) haven't tried haggis, but I'm game!
