Road Traveled Promise

The road less traveled is with our savior and king.
His selflessness for his life, made the Angels’ sing.
Within his life as told, he traveled many roads.
He visited so many welcomed in many abodes.
Listening to his voice and words were healing.
Teaching right from wrong, forgiving stealing,
Preaching love and honor, giving such respect,
Embracing the poor, misguided, he did reflect.
All that his father had enriched into his soul,
Spreading the word, along with his father’s goal,
He knew his future was ending, proceeding on.
Traveling the road less traveled his was foregone.
We cannot profess, ourselves, as great as our savior.
However, he promised to walk beside our behavior.
All that he requires is to ask for his love and guidance.
We have love for him, and not travel into subsidence.
