Rise To the Depth of Space By Bill Davis

I will rise to the depth of space Where time has never shown its face And look out into the deep black night To see the stars so huge and bright Where their sunshine always reaching out To the planets miles about And among the stars I shall fly Watching them as they're passing by Finally on some unknown land Where I'll rest on its barren sand And there some day My child will say I will rise to the depth of space Where time has never shown its face
