Rise Early For the Coast
To get the most from summer trip to coast
start early dosed up with coffee and toast,
avoiding almost, the hot sunburn roast,
an uttermost certainty on seacoast,
when lying reposed in slumber engrossed,
you sleep well post noon, with your tardy host.
