Rice

Rich in carbohydrates;
Raised as the main grain in
Regions like Asia where
Rainfall is plentiful;
Really nice pudding
Requires milk and sugar.
Raisins make it perfect!

Hi Andrea, I enjoy rice pudding enormously, but as we are going to the coast in 2 weeks for 10 days, i've been watching my weight - in fact 8 of us (all family) will be living in an old fashioned house, which stands only approximately 30 metres from the sea, hope there is no Tsunami! you noticed. I have been trying to do all foods since Letter A!! My idea was maybe one day to make a foodie's poetry book of them! With my personal favorite recipes!!
