Hi Andrea, I enjoy rice pudding enormously, but as we are going to the coast in 2 weeks for 10 days, i've been watching my weight - in fact 8 of us (all family) will be living in an old fashioned house, which stands only approximately 30 metres from the sea, hope there is no Tsunami! Rice is staple food and comes in various sizes. Unfortunately I cannot partake due to a slightly elevated diabetics. Lovely Pleiades though.

I love that pudding!! Hate rice steamed or sticky!!
